RESERVATIONS While we try to accommodate all requests we highly recommend that you book your treatment as far in advance as possible as same day reservations are not always available. GRATUITIES A 18% service charge will be added to the price of your service(s). Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made 24 hours of your reservation are non refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours to your reservation are 50% refundable. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to your reservation are refundable in full.
